Thermomix 3 in 1 Chicken Rice

今天小燕子的大嫂不在家, 所以我们姐妹们就得照顾家里的三个小瓜。

由于时间紧迫,还得兼顾其它工作,因此我们就决定用Thermomix 煮一顿3合1的鸡饭,又省时,又方便,又健康。

小燕子就是这么喜欢Thermomix, 能够常常帮助我们解决问题,又可以照顾我们全家人的健康,把所有食材的营养充分地保留着,谢谢你! Thermomix!


Thermomix Steamed Chicken
Whole Chicken / Half Chicken / 2 Boneless Chicken Thigh
* Marinated with sesame oil, salt and organic mushroom powder, few slices of ginger and garlic
* Place the marinated chicken into the Varoma Set

800g Water 水
* 30 minutes (for Whole Chicken) / 20 minutes (for Half Chicken) / 15 minutes (for Chicken Thigh), Varoma, Speed 3


Thermomix Chicken Rice
3-4 Measuring Cups of Rice 香米
* Mix with slices of Ginger, Garlic, Pandan Leaves and Organic Mushroom Powder
* Place the Rice mixture into the Simmering Basket
* After the step above, insert the Simmering Basket into TM bowl, and add water to cover the rice
* Cook the Rice while continue to steam the Chicken

* 15 minutes, Varoma, Speed 3



Thermomix Carrot Potato Chicken Soup
* After the step above, take out the Chicken Rice as well as the Steamed Chicken
* Pour out portion (30g) of the Chicken Stock from TM Bowl and leave the rest in the bowl
* Add in the following ingredients:
250g Cubed Carrot  红萝卜(切块);
2 Potato 马铃薯;
2 Onion 大葱;
200g Fresh Milk 鲜奶;
100g Water 水;
30g Butter 奶油
Salt 盐; Pepper 胡椒粉; Mushroom Powder 香菇粉

* 12 minutes, 100°c, Speed 2
* 1 minute, Speed 0-10



Thermomix Chicken Rice Chilli Sauce
some Ginger 姜;
Some Garlic 蒜头
* 6 seconds, Speed 6

30g Chicken Stock 鸡汤;
5 Red Chilli 红辣椒 (cut into piece)
* 8 seconds, Speed 8
