Thermomix Cornflake Bar

Thermomix Cornflake Bar
Preheat oven to 180 degree, grease and line a 18cm square pan with aluminium foil.

Place all ingredients into TM bowl to mix well.
50g Plain Flour
100g Raisins
50g Pumpkin Seeds
50g Cherry (Chopped)
200g Corn Flakes
* MC / 30 seconds / Reverse / Speed 3
* Pour the mixture out from TM bowl and set aside.

Place all ingredients into TM bowl to melt and mix.
100g Brown Sugar
50g Water
120g Margarine
* MC / 1.5 minutes / 60 degree / Speed 3

Add in 2 beaten eggs from the lid hole to mix well.
* MC / 10 seconds / Speed 3

Pour the set aside mixture into TM bowl again to mix well.
* MC / 30 seconds / Reverse / Speed 2

Spread the mixture into the prepared pan and press evenly. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degree. Leave to cool.


昨晚,小燕子参考了一本食谱,发现这道甜点不错,做法也不难,因此今天一大早就去购买材料,然后自己用 Thermomix 做实验,成功用最简单的方法制作出健康又美味的甜点。

口感非常不错,有点像Yogurt Bar 的口感,小孩子们都非常喜欢。在此跟大家一起分享哦!

Thermomix Milo Batik Cookies

Thermomix Milo Batik Cookies

* Prepare a square tray in advance
* Prepare 250g of Maries Biscuits, divide each piece of biscuit into 3 or 4 smaller pieces and set aside

200g Butter (Room Temperature)
* 3 minutes, 60 degree, Speed 2

Add in the following ingredients:
150 Sweetened Condensed Milk
200 Milo Powder (you may mix with a little of Cocoa Powder if you like)
* 2 minute, 60 degree, Speed 3

* Set the time for 2 minutes, Soft Speed (Reverse)
* After the blade start spinning, add in the maries biscuits from the lid hole gradually to mix well

* Transfer the mixture from TM bowl to the square tray and flatten it by pressing slightly
* Keep it in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Cut it into pieces and serve.

 小燕子的侄女突然对多年前小燕子向外甥女学做的一道甜品回味无穷,便嚷着小燕子再做一次给她尝尝。于是,小燕子便联络远在槟城的外甥女,索取食谱。但是事隔多年,外甥女只记得材料,却忘了确实的步骤。

小燕子于是斗胆地尝试用Thermomix 来制作这道甜品,没想到整个制作过程简直太简便了。回想以往的做法,小燕子实在太感恩Thermomix 的存在了。看到侄女们和侄儿满足的表情,真的是太幸福了!

Thermomix Satay Sauce

Thermomix Satay Sauce 沙爹酱
300g Roasted Shandong Peanuts
* 5 seconds, Speed 6
* Take out the peanuts and set aside

100g Dried Prawns
* Soak in the water in advance
* 7 seconds, Speed 7
* Take out the dried prawns and set aside

10 cloves of Peeled Garlics;
10 cloves of Peeled Shallots;
30 pcs Dried Chillies (cut into small pieces and soak in the water);
2 pcs Red Chillies (cut into pieces);
1 stalk of Lemongrass / Serai (cut into slices);
20g Candlenuts;
25g Roasted Balacan;
* 30 seconds, Speed 0-10

* Add in the Shandong Peanuts, Dried Prawns as well as 30g of Cooking Oil to cook
* 2 minutes, 100 degree, Speed 2

300g Water;
80g Sugar
* 10 minutes, 100 degree, Speed 1
* When the cooking time remains last 5 minutes, add in 500g of Thick Coconut Milk

 今天,小燕子突然想吃尝尝二姐拿手之一的沙爹酱,所以特别向二姐讨教了一番。真的万万没想到,用Thermomix烹煮沙爹酱是那么的方便又快速,真的是难以置信。

Thermomix Sweet Potato Ang Ku Kuih

Thermomix Sweet Potato Ang Ku Kuih 番薯红龟粿

大家一定要试试这个独家的秘方,真的是太美味,太松软了,而且又健康,因为我们是用纯椰油作为其中一项材料的。即使放置在餐桌上24小时后,我们的番薯红龟粿依然松软,好吃!

Skin 外皮
200g Sweet Potato (Orange Colour) 番薯(橙色)
800g Water 水
* Add water into TM bowl and place the Varoma Set on top with cubed Sweet Potatoes
* 25 minutes, Varoma, Thermomix Speed 3

* Transfer the steamed Sweet Potatoes from Varoma Tray into TM bowl
* 1 minute, Thermomix Speed 10

250g Glutinous Rice Flour 糯米粉
1 tbsp of Wheat Starch 小麦淀粉
1 tbsp of Caster Sugar 糖分
5 tbsp of Cooking Oil 食油 (we prefer Thermomix Coconut Virgin Oil 椰油, taste nicer)
200ml Thick Coconut Milk 椰浆
* Add all ingredient into TM Bowl
* 3 minutes, set dial to close lid, press the kneading function button

Filling 内陷
350g Dried Split Green Beans 无壳绿豆 (soak for overnight)
4 pcs of Pandan Leaves 班兰叶
800g Water 水
* Add water into TM bowl and place the Varoma Set on top with Green Beans and Pandan Leaves
* Steam for 30 minutes, Varoma, Thermomix Speed 3 until the beans are soft

* Transfer the steamed green beans from Varoma Tray into TM bowl
* Blend for 1 minute, Thermomix Speed 10

250g Caster Sugar 糖粉
30g Cooking Oil / Fried Onion Oil 食油 / 葱头油
* 30 minutes, 100ºc, Thermomix Speed 1

* After the process of kneading, wrapping and shaping the Ang Ku Kuih into desired pattern, steam them for 10 minutes.

Thermomix Research & Development @ Daddy Village Restaurant


这几天,感恩小燕子和姐姐的好朋友,Mr Adam Chew鼎力合作,一起用Thermomix研发出很多意想不到的惊喜。除了一道道美味可口的佳肴和甜点,最让我们惊喜的就是用Thermomix 提炼市场上售价特别贵的椰子油 Coconut Virgin Oil。

大家都知道椰子油的营养价值是非常高的,它还能够取代许多原材料烹煮出健康美味的食物,但是因为提炼的工程相当耗时耗力,因此价格特别高。大家也都知道要制作可口,松软的甜点,不仅烦琐而且还得一定的手艺,然而现在有了Thermomix,这一切都变得太简单,太神奇了!

Thermomix Curry Chicken

Thermomix Curry Chicken 咖喱鸡
Prepare 600g Chicken (chop into bite-size pieces) and marinate it with the following ingredients:
20g Light Sauce 酱青
30g Curry Powder 咖喱粉
1 tsp of Salt 盐

30g Small Onion 小红葱
30g Garlic 蒜头
15g Dry Chilli 辣椒干
10g Water 水
* 1 minute, Thermomix Speed 10

Add in 20g Olive Oil 橄榄油
* 2 minutes, 100ºc, Thermomix Speed 1

Add in Marinated Chicken and the following ingredients:
3 Potatoes 马铃薯 (cut into chunk)

300g Water 食水
* 15 minutes, 100ºc, Thermomix Speed 1 (Reverse)
* Add in 400g Santan 椰浆 when the time remains 5 minutes

咖喱鸡是本地其中一道非常受欢迎的美食,不管是任何种族的人都非常喜爱它浓郁的香味。然而,要简单又轻松地掌握这道美食的烹煮,并不容易。

自从拥有了Thermomix之后,这个看似不容易的任务就变得轻而易举了!
