Thermomix Milo Batik Cookies

Thermomix Milo Batik Cookies

* Prepare a square tray in advance
* Prepare 250g of Maries Biscuits, divide each piece of biscuit into 3 or 4 smaller pieces and set aside

200g Butter (Room Temperature)
* 3 minutes, 60 degree, Speed 2

Add in the following ingredients:
150 Sweetened Condensed Milk
200 Milo Powder (you may mix with a little of Cocoa Powder if you like)
* 2 minute, 60 degree, Speed 3

* Set the time for 2 minutes, Soft Speed (Reverse)
* After the blade start spinning, add in the maries biscuits from the lid hole gradually to mix well

* Transfer the mixture from TM bowl to the square tray and flatten it by pressing slightly
* Keep it in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Cut it into pieces and serve.

 小燕子的侄女突然对多年前小燕子向外甥女学做的一道甜品回味无穷,便嚷着小燕子再做一次给她尝尝。于是,小燕子便联络远在槟城的外甥女,索取食谱。但是事隔多年,外甥女只记得材料,却忘了确实的步骤。

小燕子于是斗胆地尝试用Thermomix 来制作这道甜品,没想到整个制作过程简直太简便了。回想以往的做法,小燕子实在太感恩Thermomix 的存在了。看到侄女们和侄儿满足的表情,真的是太幸福了!
